In the meantime, please be sure you've checked the following:

• You have the latest version of iTunes (for podcasts).
• You are using an updated web browser, preferably Firefox or Safari (we don't really like Internet Explorer).
• You have the latest version of Flash Player (for video & other little bells & whistles).
• You allow pop-up windows for cccag.net.
• Your speakers are on & volume is not muted.
• Your internet connection is at least cable, DSL or faster.
